  • At 17.65% by dry weight, White Eagle Long Life green tea is one of the highest polyphenol antioxidant teas on the planet.  The cup is abound with a delicate astringency, however, to the trained palate, notes of honey & orchid like sweetness intermingle.  The unique production method of this Mao Feng tea grown in the Hunan Province of China, is highly regulated to ensure its authenticity. White Eagle Long Life's reputation is preserved in the likes of other great Mao Feng teas such as Dragon Well. White Eagle long life green tea is unsurpassed in quality.

    Characteristics:  Refreshing and delightful. The spring tea has a hint of sweetness followed with a mild astringent finish. An excellent example of an early April tea.

  • Hot Tea Brewing Recommendations:
    AMOUNT TO USE: Put 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9 oz/200-260 ml of water in the teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over tea.

    BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS: Steep 3-7 minutes. Milk and sugar are not recommended.


    Iced Tea Preparation Recommendations:
    AMOUNT TO USE: To make 1 L/1 QT, put 6 slightly heaping teaspoons of loose tea into a teapot. Pour 1¼ cups/315ml of boiling water over tea.

    BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS: Steep 5 minutes. Fill a serving pitcher 1/4 full with cold water. Pour tea into serving pitcher.
