  • Our green tea chai is an enticing blend of gunpowder green tea (cannon style) and fresh Asian spices for a true masala chai.  Just add milk and sugar and you can experience the national drink of India as if it were poured fresh from the local 'tea wadis'.  High Mountain grown tea leaves from Sri Lanka are blended with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, curry leaves, lemon grass, cumin, sweet cumin, and coriander.  Prepare using 2-4 teaspoons of green tea chai (be sure to shake your bag to evenly mix the masala) per cup and steep 3-5 minutes.  Add milk and sugar to taste.  Independent studies have shown our green tea chai blend contains over 12% polyphenols by dry weight.  A delicious source of powerful antioxidants.
