2 Doves Silver Needle White Tea is a premium grade, loose leaf white tea from China. This rare and exquisite white tea is comprised of select leaf buds covered in silky hairs. One of China's best white teas available with hints of peach and a fresh, and lasting finish. The flavor is pure pleasure to your palate. White tea is not mechanically processed. Tea leaves are harvested and merely air dried. This minimal amount of processing can make white tea have up to three times more beneficial antioxidants than green or black tea.

HOT TEA BREWING:

Use 1-2 tsp of tea per 10 fluid ounces of water
Use water that is 180 F/82 C
Steeped 3 -7 minutes
Repeat steeping up to 3 times

Iced Tea Preparation Recommendations:
AMOUNT TO USE: To make 1 L/1 QT, put 6 slightly heaping teaspoons of loose tea into a teapot. Pour 1¼ cups/315ml of boiling water over tea.

BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS: Steep 5 minutes. Fill a serving pitcher 1/4 full with cold water. Pour tea into serving pitcher
