In food processor, blend dry ingredients. Cut butter in. Stir in berries and rind. Turn into bowl and add milk with fork until just moist. Gather dough into a ball and place on a floured board. Roll or pat into a circle 3/4" thick. Cut into 12 pie shaped pieces. Place on greased baking sheet. Brush tops of scones with milk and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
